REIGNE offers free worldwide shipping on all purchases. All packages shipped by REIGNE are fully insured for their purchased price whilst in delivery. Please note that the client is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that may be imposed by the customer country. For further information, please consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or tariffs you may be required to pay in your place of residence.

As each of our jewellery pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted using traditional techniques and processes, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

Once we have shipped your jewellery an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you. All shipments must be made to a physical address with an adult present to sign for the package.

return policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase made on reignejewellery.com, you may return, exchange or receive store credit for your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at sales@reignejewellery.com within this timeframe and await our approval to ship the product(s). Once we have approved your return and provided you with return details including mailing address, you will need to ship the product within 7 days. Please note that any item(s) being returned should be in the same condition as at the time of sale and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving your returned piece, REIGNE’s Quality Assessment team will inspect the item verifying the authenticity of the product. We will gladly accept and return any item(s) that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing alterations, without sign of wear and tear and items that were not customised. Please note that all items must be returned appropriately in order to be processed. You may not return an item by refusing to receive the product or by not collecting your product from the delivery carrier.

Please allow 14 business days after the item(s) has been received by REIGNE for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the same payment type used in the initial purchase.

The cost of return shipments, as well as any duties/taxes/tariffs that REIGNE might incur by receiving the returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Any damages incurred during transportation of the product will also be the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend shipping insured returns using FedEx or UPS. We suggest that for security purposes you do not write REIGNE Jewellery or reignejewellery.com on the contents of the package containing any jewellery.

REIGNE offers a free lifetime warranty on all of our jewellery against any manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes any wear and tear and/or negligence of the product subsequent to your purchase. Additionally, any repairs or work not performed by REIGNE will void the warranty.

To exercise your warranty please contact us on +61 3 8362 3546 or sales@reignejewellery.com so that we can organise an evaluation of the product. Please note that the shipping cost is not covered by our warranty, however, if we feel that the product post evaluation has a manufacturing defect, we will happily refund your shipping cost provided you supply the original shipping receipt.

Each piece of REIGNE jewellery is of intricate craftsmanship and exceptional design. While all jewels will experience general wear over time, in order to keep your REIGNE jewellery sparkling so that it can be treasured for many years to come, we recommend the following:

  1. Remove your jewellery during rigorous activity that may damage your pieces such as cooking, exercise, sports and swimming.
  2. Try to avoid contact with oily substances like food, pollution, soaps, creams and day-to-day products, as they have the potential to dull your diamond’s brilliance.
  3. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments such as chlorine, perfumes or cleaning agents should be avoided so as to ensure the continued integrity of your jewellery.
  4. To prevent chips and scratches do not allow jewels to knock against one another.
  5. Jewels are best stored in a jewellery box with separate compartments to avoid possible damage and in a jewellery roll when travelling.
  6. To clean your piece, create a warm, soapy water solution in a small bowl and clean carefully with a soft-bristle toothbrush. Dry your jewellery with a soft cloth.
  7. To care for a piece of jewellery containing wood, avoid getting it wet for any reason as this can change the shape and structure of the wood.
  8. To clean wooden jewellery simply wipe with a dry non-abrasive cloth. When not being worn we recommend storing the piece in an airtight environment to avoid any moisture (ensuring that it is away from any direct sunlight or extreme temperatures).
